Biography
Background
Marilea Lewis has both proven ability and highly respected experience in Dallas' family courts. Having served as an Associate Judge and a District Judge gives her a wider understanding of the matters brought into family court. This fifth generation Texan provides strong leadership to address family law issues head-on with a commitment to family values, to justice for children and families, and to the improvement of the community overall.
A graduate of Baylor University School of Law, Marilea Lewis has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at seminars and classes throughout Dallas County and the state.
